PN still need to get ready for election – Azmin Ali

KUALA LUMPUR,. Pakatan Nasional (PN) still need to get ready for general election even though the coalition is now focusing on curbing COVID-19 and reviving the country’s economy.

International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said the preparation for the election was important to show a strong and stable government in providing the best service to the people.

He was commenting on his appointment as PN election director to lead the coalition’s election machinery.

“I will discharge my duty as best as I can to ensure that PN’s performance continues to be strengthened,” he told a press conference after attending the 19th ASEAN Economic Community Council Meeting as part of the virtual 37th ASEAN Summit here today.
